• Selected course (for assessment routing)

• Payment screenshot (for manual verification)
• Assessment score data (stored locally in browser)

Your data is used strictly for:

• Verifying payment and granting exam access
• Generating and delivering your certificate
• Sending enrollment confirmation via WhatsApp
• Maintaining certification records
• Responding to support queries
• Improving platform experience (anonymized analytics only)

We do NOT use your data for marketing without consent.

Your data security is our priority:

• All data transmitted via HTTPS (TLS encrypted)
• Registration data stored in Google Sheets (admin-only access)
• Assessment data stored in your browser's localStorage only
• Payment screenshots accessible only to verified admins
• No passwords stored — we don't have user accounts
• Data retained for 1 year post certification, then deleted

We use these carefully selected third-party services:

• Google Sheets — for storing enrollment and payment data
• Google Fonts — for typography (no personal data shared)
• WhatsApp — for enrollment confirmations and support
• UPI Payment Systems — for processing the ₹30 fee

We do NOT use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any advertising trackers.

synsnexINTERN services are intended for students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted personal data to our platform, please contact us at synsnex@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. Parents/guardians of minors must provide consent before registration.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via WhatsApp or email (if collected) and update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
