synsnexINTERN certifications are tools for skill validation — not job guarantees. We do not promise, guarantee, or imply employment, salary hikes, or career advancement resulting from our certifications. Job outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions beyond our control. Our certificates validate your knowledge at the time of assessment.

Our certifications validate domain knowledge through rigorous assessment. They are MSME-registered credentials that can be presented as supplementary credentials on resumes and profiles. synsnexINTERN certifications are designed to help students and professionals demonstrate their skills and commitment to continuous learning.

The ₹30 platform contribution is a one-time fee per course enrollment. This amount covers platform maintenance, assessment infrastructure, student verification systems, and learning resources. Payment is processed through UPI and must be verified before exam access is granted. A valid Transaction ID and payment screenshot are required for verification.

Platform contributions are non-refundable once a student has been approved and granted exam access. Refund requests for technical failures or erroneous charges must be submitted within 7 days with supporting evidence to support@synsnexINTERN.in. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment source.

Students must provide accurate enrollment information, attempt assessments independently without external assistance, maintain the integrity of the certification process, and refrain from sharing exam questions or OTP codes with others. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.

We collect only the personal data necessary for certification processing: name, email, mobile, and qualification. This data is never sold to third parties. We use it solely for enrollment, verification, and certificate generation. Students may request data deletion at any time by contacting support@synsnexINTERN.in. We comply with applicable Indian data protection standards.

Our platform uses functional cookies to maintain session state and improve user experience. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. By using synsnexINTERN, you consent to the use of essential functional cookies. These cookies are deleted after your session ends or browser closes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

All student data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Admin access is protected by secure authentication. Payment screenshots are stored securely and accessible only to authorized administrators. Assessment answers and scores are stored locally in your browser and not transmitted to external servers. We conduct regular security reviews to maintain platform integrity.

Students are expected to behave with integrity and respect. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or harassment will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from the platform. This includes sharing assessment questions, impersonating other students, using AI tools during MCQ assessment, or attempting to manipulate the scoring system.

All exam answers and assignment submissions must be the student's own work. Use of AI tools, external resources, or collaboration during the MCQ exam is strictly prohibited. Assignment submissions are reviewed for originality. synsnexINTERN reserves the right to revoke certificates if academic dishonesty is discovered after issuance.

All course content, questions, assignments, and platform code are the intellectual property of synsnexINTERN. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the platform without express written permission. Certificate templates, logos, and brand assets are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction is subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

By enrolling in any course on synsnexINTERN, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify policies with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

synsnexINTERN certifications are provided 'as is'. We make no warranties regarding the employability outcomes, salary expectations, or career advancement resulting from obtaining our certifications. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all course content is error-free or completely up-to-date with the latest industry practices.

Our liability is limited to the platform contribution amount paid (₹30). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or certifications. This includes loss of employment opportunity, career setbacks, or any other indirect outcomes. Students use the platform at their own risk and discretion.
